Constant pressure biaxial creep tests have been conducted on Westinghouse Zircaloy-4 fuel cladding tubes of the 17 x 17 PWR design. The stress and temperature dependence of the secondary creep rate, epsilon sub 0 , have been determined and a general equation which describes the creep behaviour has been formulated.
