高频燃烧--红外吸收法测定镍基高温合金中的低硫

             

摘要

Those factors which influence analysis of low sulfur in nickel-base superalloy were discussed in this pa⁃per. Through instrument parameters optimization, proper sample weight selection and right treatment on crucible and solubilizer, the blank value was made lower to meet test requirements. Analysis method of low sulfur in nickel-base su⁃peralloy was established by means of eliminating the effect of dust on the determination and correction method of curve analysis. Test results showed that the method was reliable and the relative standard deviation of the method is smaller than 1.50%, and had high accuracy by comparison of different laboratory methods.%探讨了影响镍基高温合金中低硫分析的因素,优化仪器分析参数;选择合适的称样量;通过对坩埚、助溶剂等的处理,使得空白值低达到试验要求;消除粉尘对测定的影响及其分析曲线的校正方法等,建立了镍基高温合金中低硫以及超低硫的分析方法。试验结果表明:本方法精密度好,相对标准偏差RSD<1.50%;经不同实验室方法对比,准确度高。
