基于稀疏孔径的波前重构算法

         

摘要

稀疏孔径技术是一种检测大口径光学系统的有效方法,采用干涉仪和包含若干反射镜的稀疏孔径阵列对光学系统进行波前检测。文章针对基于稀疏孔径的波前重构进行了研究,从平衡效率和精度入手建立了数学模型,编制了相关的波前重构算法,通过数学仿真模拟了光学系统检测过程,对数学模型和重构算法的技术可行性进行了验证。采用该算法对测得数据进行处理,可由若干子孔径波前重构得到全口径波前,并且各子孔径波前均是在一次检测中得到,无须对各子孔径进行多次定位调整,方法简单高效。%Sparse aperture technique is an efficient approach to large aperture optical system test. The optical system can be tested by a interferometer and a sparse aperture array which contains several mirrors. An algorithm will be established from the results of the test to reconstruct the whole aperture wavefront. This paper focuses on the wavefront reconstruction based on sparse aperture. A mathematical model which can meet the efficiency and accuracy simultaneously, and the algorithm proposed based on it are discussed. In addition, the process of the optical test is simulated in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the algorithm and the model. Finally, a conclusion is drawed that it is feasible to reconstruct the wavefront of the whole aperture based on the wavefront of several sub-aperture by using this algorithm. Meanwhile, the wavefront of the sub-apertures can be tested at once and there is no need to locate the sub-apertures again and again. Therefore, the algorithm is simple and efficient.
