文章研究了我国不同地区大气水汽对Ka频段电磁波的衰减,以及大气水汽粒子对交叉极化鉴别率的影响。数据显示,在干燥的西部地区建设Ka频段遥感卫星数据接收站,可以实现低于1%的通道不可用率,10º以上仰角可以支持正交极化频率复用。%This investigation was performed to see the feasibility of the satellite-to-earth data transmission on Ka fre-quency bands. The atmosphere propagation attenuation and the hydrometeor induced cross polarization effect are studied at different sites. The results showed that,at the northwest area, the channel unavailability wouldn't exceed 1%,if the eleva-tion angle above 10o,the orthogonal polarization frequency re-use is applicable.
