Al3+对小麦幼苗根系生长和膜保护酶rn活性的影响及Ca2+的缓解效应

     

摘要

以小麦(扬麦5号)幼苗为材料,研究了铝对小麦幼苗根系生长、细胞膜脂质过氧化作用、质膜及液泡膜微囊ATPase活性的影响和外加钙缓解Al毒的缓解效应。结果显示,在Al3+胁迫下,增加Ca2+的供应可以减轻Al3+对植物的毒害,明显减轻Al3+处理对根系伸长及干物质积累的抑制作用,并可减轻因Al3+处理诱导的根系电解质渗漏率和MDA含量的增加和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的抑制。根系质膜和液泡微囊的H+- ATPase活性也因Al3+处理而下降,增加Ca2+的供应则可以提高H+ -ATPase活性,降低H+-ATPase对ATP的Km值和提高Vmax值%The effect of Al3+ on the root growth, the li pid peroxidation, the H+-ATPase activities of plasma and tonoplast and the m itigative effect of Ca2+ were studied using wheat cv. Rangmai 5 as mate rial. It was shown that the root growth and dry matter accumulation were interfe red, the lipid peroxidatic reaction(MDA content) and electrolyte leakage of root s were increased, the activities of CAT, APX and SOD in roots and the H+-ATP ase activities of plasma and tonoplast from root cells were decreased under Al 3+ treatment. At the same time, the Vmax of two H+-ATPases were decreased and the km were increased under Al3+ treatment. The effects of Al3+(under 0.5 mmol/L Ca2+ level) were mitigated by increasing Ca2+ supply from 0.5 to 5.0 mmol/L in nutrient solution.
