从云南土壤中筛选分离到一株抗水稻稻瘟病菌的放线菌ECO 00008,对该菌株进行摇瓶发酵后采用乙酸乙酯萃取发酵液,测定其提取物(FR、FE、MR、ME)对水稻稻瘟病的抗菌活性.结果表明,萃取物FE和ME对水稻稻瘟病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长具有较强的抑制活性,对孢子萌发抑制率分别为99.00 %和95.60 %,盆栽保护效果分别为97.61 %和75.07 %.%One actinomycetes strain ECO 00008 against Pyricularia grisea was isolated from a soil sample collected from Yunnan. The extracts (FR,FE,MR,ME) of the actinomycete was carried out and the fermentation liquid was extracted with acetic ether. The inhibitive activity of the fermentation extracts against Pyricularia grisea were analyzed. The results showed that the fermentation extracts of FE and ME had significant inhibitive activity to mycelium growth and 99.00 %,95.60 % inhibitive activity rate to spore germination and the control efficiency of potted plant was 97.61 %,75.07 % against Pyricularia grisea.
