凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱法测定酱腌菜中多种有机磷农药残留

     

摘要

建立了凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱法测定酱腌菜中的51种有机磷农药残留的方法.样品中的有机磷农药用乙腈提取,凝胶渗透色谱净化,经毛细管柱(DB-1701P,30m×0.25mm×0.25 μm)分离,气相色谱*火焰光度检测器检测.方法检出限为0.004~0.036 mg/kg;相对标准偏差(n=3)为1.1%~11.6%;51种有机磷农药平均回收率在75.4%~129.7%,该方法能满足酱腌菜样品中多种有机磷农药残留测定的要求.%A gas chromatographic method was established for determination of 51 organophosphous pesticide residues in pickled vegetable samples with gel permeation chromatography ( CPC) clean-up. Hie pesticide residues were extracted from samples with acetonitrile and purified with CPC column, then separated by a capillary column (DB-1701P.30 m x0.25 mm x0. 25μm)with flame photometric detector, The limits of detection of this method ranged from 0. 004-0. 036 mg/kg. The recoveries of 51 organophosphous pesticides ranged from 75. 4 % -129.7 % and the RSDs (n=3) of recoveries were ranged inl.1%-11.6%. Therefore, this method could satisfy the requirements for the analysis of multi-organophosphous pesticide residues in pickled vegetable samples.
