灰色关联度在金铁锁(Psammosilene tunicoides)引种过程中的应用

摘要

用灰色关联度分析方法,研究了13份不同居群金铁锁原生境地土壤因子对平均根重及有效成分含量的影响.结果表明,土壤因子对平均根重的关联度,速效磷＞有机质＞全磷＞碱解氮＞全氮＞速效钾＞全钾＞ pH值.土壤因子对有效成分的关联度,速效磷＞ pH值＞全磷＞有机质＞全氮＞碱解氮＞速效钾＞全钾.速效磷在2次关联度排序上都位居第一,pH值对产量的影响不明显,但对有效成分含量的影响比较大,有机质含量对平均根重和有效成分也存在着一定程度的影响.该结论为金铁锁引种驯化提供了一定的理论基础.%Grey correlation analysis was adopted to study the original habitat soil nutrient content of 13 populations of Psammosilene tunicoides and the influence of soil factors on average weight and active ingredient of Psammosilene tunicoides root. The results showed that the relevancy between soil factor and average weight of root was rapid available phosphorus > organic matter > total phosphorus > available nitrogen > total nitrogen > available potassium > total potassium > pH value. And the relevancy between soil factor and active ingredient of root was rapid available phosphorus > pH value > total phosphorus > organic matter > total nitrogen > available nitrogen > available potassium > total potassium. The most important factor influencing average weight and active ingredient of root was available phosphorus, the significant effect of soil pH value on active ingredient of root was observed but little on average weight, and the organic matter had effect to a certain extent on both average weight and active ingredient of root. The above results could provide a basis for introduction and domestication of Psammosilene tunicoides.
