苦瓜品种资源抗枯萎病性评价

摘要

Bitter gourd wilt. which caused by Fusarum wik , is one of the soil-bome diseases and badly reducea the yield and quality. It has been proved that breeding and growing resistant cultivar in one of the economical and effective measures to control this disease. In this study , resistance of bitter gourd resourcea from Sichuan had been evaluated inoeulating pathogens by root cutting. The results showed the bitter gourd resources of Sichuan kept at high levels in disease resistance. Of 23 resourcea evaluated, 65.21 ％ were resistant or middle resistant to Fusarium wilt.%苦瓜枯萎病是由尖镰孢苦瓜专化型引起的土传病害,严重影响苦瓜的产量和品质,选育和种植抗病品种是控制苦瓜枯萎病经济有效的措施之一.本文采用伤根接菌法对四川部分苦瓜资源材料进行了统一标准的抗枯萎病性评价.结果表明:四川的苦瓜资源材料种质对枯萎病具有较好的抗病性.在23个参试的苦瓜种质中,达到抗、中抗枯萎病水平类型的苦瓜材料有15个,占65.22%.
