苏湾玉米自交系遗传关系分析

         

摘要

The purpose of this study was to use SSR molecular markers and pedigree information to clarify the genetic relationship between maize inbred lines of Suwan and original breeding population. The results showed that 154 and 196 alleles were detected within 39 pain of selected primers in the 27 inbred lines, respectively. The number of alleles per locus sveraged 3.95 within the range of 3 and 8 in the 27 inbred lines detected. Cluster analysis indicated that 27 inbred lines could be split into 3 groups. This research will benefit Suwan inbred lines by providing definite frequency change of alleles.%利用39对SSR分子标记和系谱信息分析广西常用苏湾玉米自交系和原始育种群体的遗传关系.结果表明:39对SSR引物在27份玉米自交系和两个玉米群体中分别检测到154和196条等位基因差异,在27份玉米自交系中,每对引物检测到3~8个等位位点,平均为3.95个.经聚类分析,27份自交系可以分为3个类群.明确了经过选择后的苏湾群体等位基因频率变化情况,可为更好地利用苏湾玉米自交系奠定基础.
