PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract expression relation of a gene actualized dependently on a context. PSOLUTION: A network extraction part 110 produces a correlation network from an expression amount matrix and extracts a synchronous gene group, a context generation part 120 generates the context on the basis of an expression amount of the gene belonging to a specific synchronous gene group, and the network extraction part 110 produces the correlation network from the expression amount matrix corresponding to the context generated by the context generation part 120 and extracts the synchronous gene group. The generation of the context by the context generation part 120, and the production of the correlation network and the extraction of the synchronous gene group by the network extraction part 110 are repeated.
