Procedures for the solution of Boolean quadratic equations, an algorithm to combine the binary relations to deduce a logical construction, a demonstration of the pertinence of the utilization of logic relations in the reduction techniques applicable to linear programs, and an evaluation of the performance of the local heuristics to solve the problem of maximum satisfaction are described. The presented solutions are a contribution to the development of tools to solve the problem of coherence of the cognitive bases of expert systems and of data bases.
