油菜田日本看麦娘对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性检测

             

摘要

为探明江苏省油菜田日本看麦娘(Alopecurus japonicus Steud.)对高效氟吡甲禾灵(haloxyfop-R-methyl)的抗药性以及对芳氧苯氧丙酸(aryloxyphenoxypropionate,AOPP)类和环巳烯酮(cyclohexanedione,CHD)类除草剂的交互抗性,本研究从江苏省11个县(市)油菜田采集到12个日本看麦娘种群,以种子生物测定法测定日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性以及对其它药剂的交互抗性.结果表明,采自句容的两个日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵的相对抗性倍数分别为76.03和61.18,丹阳、高淳和溧阳3个种群的相对抗性倍数分别为5.89、4.37和4.29,最敏感的为宜兴种群,其相对抗性倍数为1.37,证明部分地区日本看麦娘种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵已产生抗药性.交互抗性测定结果表明,抗性种群对AOPP类除草剂已产生不同程度的交互抗性,交互抗性水平依次为精吡氟禾草灵>精喹禾灵>精(嗯)唑禾草灵;而抗性种群对具相同作用靶标的CHD类除草剂烯草酮则较为敏感.%To study the relationship between agronomic traits, physiology traits, biomass trails, leaf nutrient and yield in different wheat cultivars, 17 traits, including leaf nutrient trait, physiological character and agronomical traits of 42 wheat cultivars that grew at no - irrigation conditions, were analyzed using grey relational grade analysis method. The correlation coefficient and correlation degree of every trait and the yield were determined by grey correlation analysis . They were calculated between each trait and yield and were ranked according to their grey correlation degree aa follows; NA,NU,PU,KU,KA,PA,Chl,Gs,Pn,Tr,AB,UB,TB,Ci,SL,SN and TW. And the cluster baaed on each trait above 0.7 could well represent their bred and applied areas. It was concluded that the leaf nutrient had the closest relationship with yield and this trait significantly influenced the yield. Based on these, physiological traits,including in the N, P, K accumulation and absorption efficiency should be taken as the foundation to improve the conditions of rational fertilization to ensure the high yield. To investigate the resistance of Alopecurus japonicus Steud. in oilseed rape fields in Jiangsu province to haloxyfop-R-methyl and its cross-resistance to other ary-loxyphenoxy- propionate( AOPP) and cyclohexanedione (CHD) herbicides, the resistance of 12 A. japonicus populations from 11 counties ( cities) in Jiangsu province to haloxyfop-R-methyl and the cross-resistance of some populations to other herbicides were assessed by seed bio-assay. The results showed that the relative resistance factors of 2 populations from Jurong to haloxyfop-R-methyl were 76.03 and 61.18, 3 populations from Danyang, Caochun and Liyang were 5.89, 4.37 and 4.29, respectively. The most sensitive population was from Yixing, of which relative resistance factor was 1.37. The results confirmed that Borne A. japonicus populations had evolved resistance to haloxyfop-R-methyl, The cross-resistance test showed that the resistant populations were also resistant to AOPP herbicides, of which the resistance was in order of: fiuazifop-P-butyl >quizalofop-P-ethyl > fenoxaprop-P-ethyl. However, the resistant populations were sensitive to clerhodirn, which shared the same target as CHD herbicide.
