To investigate the sensitivity of S. sclerotiorum to novel fungicide boscalid, 110 isolates of 5. sclerotiorum collected from different regions in Jiangsu province were deteimined with mycelial growth rate method. Using 10 isolates with different sensitivity to boscalid, their sensitivity to carbendanm,procyimdone,iprodione,dimetachlone,tebuconazole and prochloraz was determined by the same method to investigate whether there existed cross resistance between boscalid and other fungicides with diverse action mechanisms. The results showed that there existed significant sensitivity difference to boscalid among tested isolates with EC50 values ranging from 0.0021 μg·mL-1 to 0. 2113 μg·mL-1 ,and average value was 0.0882 ±0.0548 μg·mL-1. The linear regression indicated that there were no positively-correlated cross resistance between boscalid and other diverse mechanism fungicides, and the correlation coefficient was lower.%为了明确油菜菌核病菌对新型杀菌剂啶酰菌胺的敏感性和该药剂与其它杀菌剂的交互抗性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定江苏省不同地区的110个油菜菌核病菌菌株对啶酰菌胺的敏感性,并测定对啶酰菌胺不同敏感性的10个菌株对菌核净、异菌脲、腐霉利、多菌灵、咪鲜胺和戊唑醇等不同杀菌剂的敏感性.结果表明,油菜菌核病菌菌株间对啶酰菌胺的敏感性差异显著,EC50值在0.0021 ～0.2113μg·mL-1之间,平均为0.0882±0.0548μg·mL-1;根据EC50值相关性分析,油菜菌核病菌对啶酰菌胺与上述杀菌剂之间不存在交互抗性.
