鲤鱼源嗜水气单胞菌FAH5分离鉴定及其对寄主感染的解剖病理学研究

         

摘要

[Objective]The pathogenic bacteria were isolated,purified and identified from the infected Cyprinus carpio with typical hemolytic symptoms,and the anatomical and pathological features of the infection were studied.[Method] The pathogen FAH5 was isolated from infected Cyprinus carpio liver samples,its physiological and biochemical characteristics by VITEK-32 automatic analyzer were studied,which was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.Then,the healthy Cyprinus carpio were infected with Aeromonas hydrophila FAH5,and their anatomical pathological changes were analyzed.[Result] After the infection with Aeromonas hydrophila FAH5,Cyprinus carpio mucus increased,secretions increased,fins and abdomen became red,and gills appeared rotten.The anatomy of abdominal and visceral organ was found bleeding,and the blood circulation disorders and vascular dilatation of the liver,kidney,spleen and other organs were found.Serious infections in these organs were found with hyperemia,hemorrhage and hemolysis.[Conclusion] The Aeromonas hydrophila FAH5 was isolated from the Cyprinus carpio with hemolytic disease symptoms.The anatomy of abdominal and visceral organ was found bleeding,and the liver,kidney,spleen and other organs were found blood circulation disorders and vascular dilatation.Serious infection in these organs was found with hyperemia,hemorrhage and hemolysis.%[目的]对具有典型溶血性病征的染病鲤鱼进行病原菌分离纯化鉴定,并研究其对寄主感染的解剖病理学特征.[方法]采用营养琼脂平板划线方法从染病鲤鱼肝脏样本中分离得到病原菌菌株FAH5,使用VITEK-32全自动细菌分析仪进行其生理生化特性探讨,初步鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌.然后,采用嗜水气单胞菌FAH5人工感染健康鲤鱼,并通过解剖分析其器官病变情况.[结果]感染嗜水气单胞菌FAH5后,鲤鱼体表粘液增加,分泌物增多,鳍部和腹部泛红,鳃部出现腐烂现象,并充血发黑.解剖后腹腔和内脏有出血点,肝脏,肾脏,脾脏等器官病理变化以血液循环障碍,血管扩张为主,严重感染时这些器官有充血、出血和溶血现象,活性细胞经感染病变至弥散性坏死.[结论]有溶血性病征的染病鲤鱼分离纯化得到了嗜水气单胞菌FAH5,人工感染健康鲤鱼后出现相同症状,解剖病理学特征为腹腔和内脏有出血点,肝脏,肾脏,脾脏等器官病变以血液循环障碍,血管扩张为主.
