梨属植物果肉和石细胞团木质素相关性分析

         

摘要

[目的]石细胞团是影响梨果肉品质的重要因素之一,木质素是构成石细胞团的主要成份.本文了探索梨果肉木质素对果肉石细胞团含量和果实大小的影响.[方法]以梨属(Pyrus)植物品种和野生种及近缘植物榅桲(Cydonia oblonga)果实为试验材料,对72份果实材料的平均单果重、石细胞团含量、烘干果肉含量百分比、烘干果肉木质素含量百分比、石细胞木质素含量百分比进行统计分析.[结果]果实平均单果重与石细胞团含量、烘干果肉含量百分比和果肉木质素含量百分比呈极显著负相关,而与石细胞本质素含量百分比相关性不显著;石细胞团含量与烘干果肉含量百分比、果肉木质素含量百分比呈极显著正相关,而与石细胞木质素含量百分比呈显著正相关;果肉木质素含量百分比与烘干果肉含量百分比表现出显著正相关,石细胞木质素含量百分比与果肉木质素含量百分比也表现为显著正相关,与烘干果肉含量百分比相关性不显著.[结论]木质素是影响果实和石细胞团大小的重要因素之一.%[Objective] Stone cells is one of the important factors affecting the quality of pear flesh,and lignin is the main component of stone cells.In this paper,the effects of lignin on the stone cells content and fruit size of pear flesh were studied.[Method]Taken 72 fruits of Pyrus varieties and wild species and related genera of plants quince (Cydonia oblonga) as tested materials,the data,including average fruit weight,fruit stone cells content,drying ratio,the ratio of flesh to lignin and the ratio of stone cells to lignin,were analyzed.[Result]The average fruit weight had a highly significantly negative correlation with fruit stone cells content,drying ratio and the ratio of flesh to lignin,however no significant correlation with the ratio of stone ceils to lignin;Fruit stone cells content had a highly significantly positive correlation with drying ratio,the ratio of flesh to lignin,and a significantly positive correlation with the ratio of stone cells to]ignin;The ratio of flesh to lignin had a significantly positive correlation with drying ratio and the ratio of stone cells to lignin,but the ratio of stone ceils to lignin no significant correlation with drying ratio.[Conclusion] Lignin was an important factor affecting fruit and stone cells size.
