新疆玛纳斯葡萄土壤养分与果实品质关系多元分析

         

摘要

[目的]筛选出影响玛纳斯赤霞珠葡萄果实品质的主要土壤养分因子及最优果实品质的土壤养分含量优化方案.[方法]采用典型相关分析和线性规划等分析方法,调查分析玛纳斯不同类型赤霞珠葡萄园土壤养分、果实品质状况.[结果]不同类型果园土壤养分状况和果实品质存在差异.壤土葡萄园单果质量、总糖、可溶性固形物和维生素C含量高于黏土葡萄园.葡萄园土壤养分之间存在显著自相关性,提高有机质可以提高土壤中微量元素的含量,且直接影响果实品质的提高.典型相关分析筛选出影响葡萄单果质量、可滴定酸度、总糖、可溶性固形物、维生素的主要土壤因子.[结论]本研究为玛纳斯葡萄园测土配方施肥提供理论依据.%[Objective]The objective of this experiment is to elect the major soil nutrient factors affected the quality of grape and the optimum proposals of nutrient factors for high quality.[Method] The methods of canonical correlation analysis and linear programming were used to investigate the soil nutrient and fruit quality of Cabernet Sauvignon from different grapery in Manasi.[Result] There were differences of soil nutrient status and fruit quality among the orchards with different soil types and different tree-age.Fruit mass,total sugar,soluble solids and vitamin C content in loam grapery is higher than that of clay grapery.There was a significant correlation between the soil nutrients in the grapery,increasing the content of soil organic matter can improve the micronutrient levels in soil,and directly affect the quality of fruit.The canonical correlation was used to gain major soil nutrient factors influencing fruit mass,titratable acidity,soluble solids,total sugar and Vc.[Conclusion] This study provides a theoretical basis for fertilization of Manasi grapery.
