[目的]制定白及组培苗质量分级标准.[方法]以云南省不同产地收集到的白及组培苗为研究材料,通过对组培苗的主要农艺性状进行测定和统计分析,筛选确定白及组培苗的质量分级指标,并制定组培瓶苗和组培驯化苗的质量分级标准.[结果]组培瓶苗的分级标准为Ⅰ级苗假鳞茎直径≥9.0 mm,株高≥12.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗假鳞茎直径≥6.0 mm,株高≥9.0 cm;Ⅲ级苗假鳞茎直径≥3.0 mm,株高≥6.0 cm.组培驯化苗的分级标准为Ⅰ级苗假鳞茎直径≥23.0 mm;Ⅱ级苗假鳞茎直径≥12.0 mm;Ⅲ级苗假鳞茎直径≥6.0 mm,3个不同等级组培驯化苗株高均应≥6.0 cm.[结论]该质量分级标准可为白及组培种苗繁育以及生产和销售提供有效的理论依据.%[Objective] The present study was conducted to establish the tissue culture seedling quality classification standards of Bletilla striata.[Method]Tissue culture seedlings (including seedlings in culture bottles and seedlings transplanted to nursery or trays) of B.striata were collected from different places in Yunnan province and the main agronomic characters of these seedlings were studied and analyzed to establish quality classification standards.[Result] The standard of seedlings in culture bottles was classed as follows:the first grade was pseudobulb diameter above 9.0 mm,height above 12.0 cm,the second grade was pseudobulb diameter above 6.0 mm,height above 9.0 cm,the third grade was pseudobulb diameter above 3.0 mm,height above 6.0 cm.The standard of seedlings transplanted to nursery or trays as classed as follows:the first grade was pseudobulb diameter above 23.0 mm,the second grade was pseudobulb diameter above 12.0 mm,the third grade was pseudobulb diameter above 6.0 mm,height in all three grades above 9.0 cm.[Conclusion] The classification standards provided effective theoretical basis for tissue culture Seedlings breeding of B.striata.
