基于数据驱动的GIS设备局部放电信号辨识及空间定位方法

         

摘要

Partial discharge(PD) is the main insulation defect of gas insulated switchgear (GIS),when it occurs in GIS,the insulation will be deteriorated and breakdown will finally happen,so it is very important to detect and localize internal PD as early as possible,and then carry out defect inspection and repair work.This paper proposes a PD recognition and localization method based on data driven,which means threshold and correlation statistics analysis of time series by multiple sensors.In this paper,sensor's location is coded firstly,then the spatial and electric position of sensors can be identified by machine,and cumulative discharge amplitude of chracteristic is constructed to distinguish stable PD.According to the correlation analysis of monitoring values of sensors,the propagation way of PD is judged,and whether or not it being an internal PD can be identified.For an internal PD,its position can be located by comparing the cumulative discharge amplitude.Verification by online monitoring data of Qianfan station also proves that the discharge phenomenon can be recognized effectively and the method is feasible.%局部放电是气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)主要绝缘缺陷,其发生在GIS腔体内部时,会导致绝缘劣化,最终发展为击穿,因此需要尽早地辨识内部放电,确定放电位置,进而开展缺陷排查及检修工作.本文提出了一种基于数据驱动的GIS局放辨识及定位方法.该方法是一种基于多传感器时间序列统计量阈值分析及相关性分析的局放辨识及定位方法.本文通过位置编码实现了传感器空间及电气位置的机器辨识,构造特征量累积放电幅值识别稳定存在的放电.根据传感器监测值间的相关性分析,判断放电的传播路径,进而识别是否为内部放电,对于判定为内部放电的情况,通过累积放电幅值比较定位放电位置.利用千帆站在线监测数据进行验证,有效地识别了放电现象,证明了该方法的可行性.
