选择广东地区31所典型高校校园进行主观满意度和舒适度评价。采用单因素方差分析法探讨被调查人身份、性别与年龄对调查结果的影响。采用因子分析法,得出校园规划学生满意度评价体系因子及其权重。采用聚类分析法,比较不同高校排名等级和评价因素重要性程度的关系。进而总结出可能影响满意度评价的关键因素和学生对校园规划的关注点。%31 typical campuses in Guangzhou Province of China are selected for subjective satisfaction assessment and comfort assessment. The univariate analysis is used to find out the influence of the identity, sex and age of respondents on the survey result. The method of factor analysis is adopted to find out the factors in the system of students’satisfaction on campus planning and their weightings. The method of cluster analysis is then adopted to compare the grades of the col ege and the importance degree of the assessment factors. The key factors that might influence assessment and concerns of students on campus planning are discovered.
