玉米根际细菌中PGPR的筛选及初步鉴定

According to the results of in vitro antagonistic experiments and production of microbial siderophores. 8 strains of antagonistic bacteria and 26 strains of siderophores-producing bacteria were screened. Strains DC22. PY313 both produce siderophores and have antagonism to several pathogens.%通过离体拮抗试验和检测菌株产生铁载体的情况从玉米根际细菌中筛选出8株拮抗菌和26株铁载体产生菌，其中DC01、DC09、DC22、PY313既具有真菌抗性又能产生铁载体，并对部分菌株进行了初步鉴定。
