Orthogonal design was used to study optimal concentration of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus in spirulina culture medium. Based on the analysis of single factor and multiple guidelines grading method, the optimal concentration of the three factors for spirulina growth and the protein accumulation were 6.00 g/L NaHC03, 0. 10 g/L urea, 0. 50 g/L KH2PO4.%通过正交试验研究了螺旋藻培养液中主要营养因素碳、氮、磷的最佳浓度配比,并通过单因素、综合评分法、综合平衡法进行分析,得出培养液中适合螺旋藻生长及蛋白质积累的最佳碳、氮、磷浓度分别为NaHCO36.00 g/L,尿素0.10 g/L,KH2PO4 0.50 g/L.
