CULTIVATING SOLUTION OF SPIRURINA AND CULTIVATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cultivating solution of spirurina and a cultivating method thereof are provided, thereby reducing the amount of NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 added because charcoal added in the medium is an additional carbon source, so that the cultivation cost is reduced, and effectively removing impurities from the medium by adsorbing them to charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The cultivating solution of spirurina contains 50 to 200g of charcoal in 1 liter of the conventional cultivating medium for spirurina, wherein the charcoal is white charcoal; the charcoal is added into the medium in order to control pH of the cultivating medium to 10 or more. The method for cultivating spirurina comprises adding 50 to 400g of charcoal into 1 liter of the conventional cultivating medium for spirurina in order to control pH of the medium and culturing the spirurina.
