混配基质在盆栽散尾葵标准化生产中的应用研究

     

摘要

以塘泥为对照,考察了6种不同混配基质对盆栽散尾葵生长的影响,发现盆栽散尾葵的株高、分蘖数、叶绿素含量、叶色指数、净光合速率以及水分利用效率等在不同基质中存在显著差异.采用主成分分析进行的综合评价结果显示,T5基质(泥炭∶火炭灰∶花生壳=2∶2∶1)的表现最佳,是较理想的盆栽散尾葵标准化生产基质.经典型相关分析发现,具有较低的EC值、含水量和容重,同时又具有一定的有机质含量和总孔隙度的基质较适于盆栽散尾葵生长.%Taking pond sludge as control, the effects of six mixed substrates on growth of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens were tested. The result showed that plant height, tiller number, chlorophyll content, leaf color index, photosynthetic raternand water use efficiency of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens differed significantly in different substrates. According to the result of comprehensive evaluation by using principal component analysis, the most effective substrate T5 (peat: ash: peanut shell =2:2: 1) was suggested to be used in standardized cultivation of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens. And canonical correlation analysis indicated that substrates with low EC, low water content, light bulk density, as well as a certain content of organic matter and high total porosity might be adaptable to the growth of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens.
