采用田间小区试验,研究了化肥优化减施对芹菜产量、品质及硝酸盐淋溶的影响.结果表明,与习惯施肥处理相比,有机无机肥料配施的减量施肥模式能保证芹菜产量稳定,显著提高氮肥利用效率,显著降低了可食部分硝酸盐含量,同时提高了芹菜Vc含量,并能显著降低0~100cm土层硝态氮积累.在本试验条件下,基于产量、经济效益和环境效益的统一考虑,最优施肥模式为氮肥减量20%配施菌渣处理模式.%Effects of reduction and optimization of nitrogen fertilizer application on yield and quality of celery and soil nitrate leaching were studied in this experiment under the greenhouse condition. The results showed that there were no significant differences of celery yields between the treatments under the reduction of fertilization strategy which applied organic and inorganic fertilizers together and the conventional one. Nitrogen use efficiency and the celery Vc content were improved, while the nitrate content in edible parts and soil nitrate accumulation in 0 -100 cm layer were reduced significantly. Under the experimental conditions, with the consideration of yield, economic and environment, the proper pattern of 20% reduction of nitrogen fertilizer with bacteria slag was the best.
