氮、硫配施对生姜产量和品质的影响

     

摘要

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen application combined with sulfur on the growth, yield and quality of ginger. The results showed that, different nitrogen and sulfur application proportion significantly affected ginger yield and quality. With the increasing of nitrogen application amount, plant height, stem diameter, branch number and fresh weight of stems and leaves per plant increased, and the highest values were obtained in N600 S50 treatment. While fresh weight of rhizome per plant was the highest in N450 S50 treatment. When the nitrogen application amount was lower than 450 kg·hm-2 , ginger yields increased with the increasing of nitrogen application amounts. Compared with N0 S0 treatment, yield increasing rates of various nitrogen treatments were 33. 1% ~74. 3%. Under the same nitrogen application amount, the addition of sulfur fertilizer could improve the growth and yield of ginger, with the increasing rate of 2. 1% ~11. 8%. The quality of ginger rhizome showed similar patterns. The contents of reducing sugar, reducing vitamin C, volatized oil and gingerol in N450 S50 treatment were higher than other treatments, reaching 1. 20%, 91. 8 mg · kg-1 FW, 4. 28 mL · kg-1 FW and 13. 5 mg·g-1, respectively, while the highest contents of crude protein and nitrate were found in N600 S50 treatment, reaching 9. 71% and 82. 1 mg·kg-1 FW, respectively. Under the same nitrogen application amount, the addi-tion of sulfur fertilizer could obviously increase the contents of reducing sugar, crude protein, reducing vitamin C, volatized oil and gingerol, and decrease nitrate content. So it was concluded that suitable amounts of nitrogen and sulfur application could increase ginger yield, and improve the quality.%采用田间小区试验研究氮、硫配施对生姜生长发育及产量和品质的影响。结果表明,不同氮、硫配施比例对生姜产量和品质有显著影响。随施氮量的增加,生姜的株高、茎粗、分枝数和单株茎、叶鲜重随之提高, N600 S50处理高于其它处理,而单株根茎鲜重则是N450 S50处理最高。施氮量在450 kg·hm-2之内时,生姜产量随施氮量的增加而增加。相较于N0 S0处理,不同施氮处理的增产率在33.1%~74.3%之间。同一施氮量下,增施硫肥可促进生姜生长发育,提高产量,增加幅度在2.1%~11.8%之间。生姜根茎的品质分析结果也表现出类似趋势。N450 S50处理的还原糖、还原型Vc、姜精油和姜辣素含量均最高,分别为1.20%、91.8 mg·kg-1 FW、4.28 mL· kg-1 FW及13.5 mg·g-1;而粗蛋白和硝酸盐含量则N600 S50处理较高,分别为9.71%和82.1 mg·kg-1 FW。同一施氮量下,增施硫肥可明显提高还原糖、粗蛋白、还原型Vc、姜精油和姜辣素含量,降低硝酸盐含量。可见,适宜比例的氮硫配施可提高生姜产量,改善生姜品质。
