某医科大学学生健康素养状况的调查分析

摘要

Objective To know the current situation of health literacy and discuss the problem among the surveyed undergraduates. It put forward suggestions and measures so as to provide reference frame for more effective popularizing health literacy knowledge and skill. Methods Collected 200 undergraduates and data with questionnaire survey by the accidental sampling method. Results The surveyed undergraduates could master health skill and health literacy basic knowledge and idea. The score of health life style and behavior was the lowest. It was inbalance on health literacy basic knowledge. Conclusions Not only enhancing the study on the theoretical knowledge but also paying more attention to have good daily habits to improve health literacy to undergraduates.%[目的]了解被调查大学生的健康素养状况，探讨存在的问题，并提出相应的措施及建议，为更有效地的在大学生中进行健康素养知识与技能的普及提供参考依据。[方法]采用偶遇抽样法，抽取某医科大学学生200人，用自填式问卷调查的方法收集资料。[结果]被调查大学生对健康技能的掌握较好，健康素养基本知识与理念次之，在健康生活方式与行为方面得分最低，并且对于健康素养的基本知识掌握不均衡。[结论]提高大学生的健康素养，不仅要加强理论知识的学习，更要注重日常生活良好习惯的养成。
