基层全科医生转岗培训的效果与经验-以广东梅州的实践为例

         

摘要

对梅州市全科医生转岗培训的效果进行评价,介绍了培训方案、地方政府推行措施、考核方法等,提出“政府-高校-社会团体”联合运行机制为各类培训资源的整合提供了机制保障,是一种值得借鉴和推广的经验。%It introduces training scheme, pursue measures by local government and assessment method through evaluates the effect of job-transfer training to grass roots general practitioners in Meizhou city. It puts forward that “Government - University - Social Organization” united operating mechanism system can provide security mechanism for the integration of all kind of training resources. This is an experience that is worth to use for reference and generalize.
