医学生人文医学执业技能培训实践

摘要

This paper takes Guangxi base as an example, it summarizes the definite method of humanistic medicine practice skill training. Through evaluating training effect by questionnaire, the results showes: 1. humanistic medicine practice skill training improves the ability of doctop-patient communication and mutual participation model. Some of the skills should be strengthened. 2. Humanistic medicine practice skill is one of the important skills of going into clinical working. It can provide feasible way for medical students from campus environment to medical environment.%以中国医师人文医学执业技能培训广西基地为例，总结了人文医学执业技能培训的具体做法，通过问卷调查评价培训效果，结果发现：①人文医学执业技能培训提高了医学生医患沟通能力和共同参与型的医患关系定位能力，培训收效良好，但部分技能还需加强；②人文医学执业技能是医学生进入临床工作的重要技能之一，应该提高本土化意识、完善培训体系，建立灵活多样的考核制度、使培训切实适应临床工作，为更好地使医学生从校园环境过渡到医疗环境提供可行路径。
