信息非对称视角下大学生医保制度的可持续发展：困境与对策

摘要

医疗领域信息非对称的特征也深刻地影响着大学生医保制度的发展,校医院医疗服务质量偏低与大学生对自身健康状况过于乐观两方面因素共同作用,导致大学生参保积极性不高,给制度的可持续发展造成了困境,也决定了现行的大学生医保制度只能是＂过渡性质＂的。今后,我国的大学生医保制度如欲实现对＂过渡性质＂的实质性跨越,需以参保宣传、制度建设、机构改革和体系衔接四个方面为突破口,克服困难以推进新医保制度的永续发展。%The characteristic of information asymmetry in medical profession has affected college students＇ medical insurance system deeply;Currently,actual medical insurance system for university students is transitional,which are decided by College students＇ enthusiasm is not high,this system＇s effect to sell at a discount greatly under the joint action of lower service quality in college hospital medical and overly optimistic to oneself health condition by College students.If our country＇s college students＇ medical insurance system wants to achieve substantial crossing,it should accelerate construct and innovate this system,at the same time strengthen reform of organization and system cohesion,so as to overcome difficulties and realize that new medical insurance system sustainable development.
