高校大学生医保管理工作中若干问题的思考--以南京市为例

摘要

With policy of medical insurance for mass had been construct and practice,governments stepped up funds to the college students medical insurance,while College Studentsˊhealth care work developing rapidly. However,some problems had been hinder the healthy development of College Studentsˊmanagement work seriously, such as work backward and lower inefficient etc. It is urgently and importantly to establish a new,fast,system of College Studentsˊmedical security management system. Take the current situation of medical insurance for college students in Nanjing city for example,based on the studentsˊhealth management work process,analyzes the existing problems in the management of medical insurance for college students and put forward rectification opinions about some thoughts and suggestions on how to realize the medical insurance of college students management work of high speed,efficient and sustainable development.%在全民医保政策的引导下，各地政府加大了对大学生医保资金的投入，大学生医保工作进入快速发展阶段。但是，现有的工作管理机制仍很陈旧，工作滞后、效率低下等问题已严重阻碍着大学生医保管理工作的健康发展。建立一个新的、快捷的、系统的高校大学生医疗保障管理工作体系迫在眉睫。本文以南京市大学生医保工作现状为例，基于大学生医保管理工作流程，分析当前大学生医保管理工作中存在的问题，并提出整改意见，就如何实现大学生医疗保障管理工作高速、快捷及可持续发展提出若干建议与思考。
