和谐社会构建中电子政务的角色定位

摘要

构建社会主义和谐社会是从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局出发提出的重大战略任务,体现了全党全国各族人民的共同愿望。在互联网技术不断成熟、普及率日益提高的当前阶段,电子政务在构建和谐社会过程中能够承担起实现＂以人为本＂理念、推进依法治国、疏导社会矛盾以及维护自然环境等重要角色。%Constructing a harmonious socialist society is a major strategic task proposed on the basis of the overall layout of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,which reflects the common aspiration of the Communist Party of China and peoples of all ethnic groups.With the development of the increasingly advanced Internet technology as well as its high popularization at present,E-government can play an important role in building a harmonious society in the following four aspects： realizing people-oriented concept,promoting the rule of law,easing social contradictions and maintaining natural environment.
