As a leading association for student affairs professionals, NASPA, known for its expertise, broad partici-pation, and self-management, exerts a significant role in the administration of student affairs in the American institutions of higher education. Therefore, to draw reference from its experience will help the professional associations in China′s univer-sities establish advanced work philosophy.
