研究电子档案对疾控中心档案管理发展的推动作用

摘要

疾控中心档案为疾控病情研究等提供着真实有效的判断依据,所以对其档案管理非常重要,必须保证资料的完整性、准确性和长久性.我国许多地区的疾控档案资料管理还存在很多问题,缺乏管理观念、人员素质和信息化投入,给疾控预防工作带来了极大影响.电子档案管理是利用计算机数据处理能力、网络传输、硬盘存储等档案管理的各个工作环节连接起来,以提高各工作的有效率和质量,转变工作人员的繁重复杂的传统纸质管理工作模式,提高工作效率,实现疾控档案的及时利用率.本文通过对疾病中心档案管理应用电子档案管理的现状、重要性和措施进行了分析,明确了电子档案管理对档案管理发展的推动作用.%CDC archives provide a real and effective judgment basis for Disease Control research, so it is very important to manage its archives. This paper analyzed the current situation, importance and measures of the application of electronic archives management in the archives management of the disease center, and clarified the role of electronic archives management in promoting the development of archives management.
