高速内嵌式永磁电动机转子机械强度分析

         

摘要

转子的强度和应力分析是设计高速内嵌式永磁电机的一个重要环节.在电机高速运行时,隔磁桥作为IPM电动机转子结构最容易断裂的部分,主要承受离心力、电磁力以及永磁体吸引力三种力的作用.利用电磁和结构有限元计算,可以分析出隔磁桥和极靴部分的形变和应力分布.提出了一种高效的机械强度分析方法.与传统的有限元法相比,该方法无需进行物理场的切换,计算量大大减少.仿真和实验结果表明该方法实用有效.%Strength and stress analysis for rotor was an important part of interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor design. Bridges were the weakest parts in the rotor,which mainly bore three kinds of forces including centrifugal force,electromagnetic force and attraction force. Electromagnetic and structural finite element method (FEM) analysis were used to pre-clict the maximum stress and deformation of the bridge and pole shoe . The whole process was complicated. A simplified mechanical strength analysis method,which had simplified the calculation greatly,was presented. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation and experimental results.
