For high-speed permanent magnet motors, the rotor eddy-current loss cannot be underestimated in that it has serious implications on the motors' efficiency or even demagnetizes the permanent magnets because of the overheating problem. The auxiliary slot was used to reduce the rotor eddy-current loss, and the influences of various width, depth, types, numbers and angle were studied. The reason for reducing the rotor eddy-current loss was analyzed, as well as the effect of the auxiliary slot on the back electromotive force ( EMF). The results show that the appropriate auxiliary slot can be used to reduce the rotor eddy-current loss and won't depress the EMF evidently. The research is of great value in theory and engineer applications for high-speed permanent magnet motors.%在高速永磁电动机中,转子涡流损耗会使转子温度升高,影响电机效率等性能,甚至导致永磁体过热退磁.针对高速永磁电动机中的转子涡流损耗问题,提出使用辅助槽来减小转子涡流损耗,研究了不同宽度、深度、槽型、数目和槽角的辅助槽对转子涡流损耗的影响,分析了其减小转子涡流损耗的原因以及开辅助槽对电机性能的影响.得出通过选取合适的辅助槽可以减小转子涡流损耗,同时不会明显降低电机的反电势.对高速永磁电动机的设计和分析具有重要的理论研究和工程应用价值.
