高速永磁同步电动机无速度传感器矢量控制

             

摘要

Speed estimating for the rotor of a high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) was studied by using model reference adaptive system (MRAS) method. The q axle current difference between the reference model and adjustable model was put into the PI regulator. And rotor speed was predicted with the adaptive laws applied. To ensure parameter ' s precision, the field-circuit coupled model of the high speed PM machine was built. Simulation results of the sensor-less vector control model prove the proposed method is capable of precisely estimating the rotor speed and rotor position under high speed operation,and good static and dynamic performance are achieved at high speed.%研究了一种以定子电流为状态变量的高速永磁同步电动机无速度传感器模型.该速度传感器将参考模型q轴电流与可调模型q轴电流之差作为误差信号送入PI调节器调节后得到估计转速.为了确保特殊结构的高速永磁同步电机参数计算的准确性,建立了其场路耦合模型,并利用该模型计算了电机的交、直轴电感、转子磁链等参数.在此基础上进行了无速度传感器矢量控制仿真,仿真结果结果表明所提出的控制方案能准确检测高速永磁同步电动机的转子位置和转子速度,电机高速运行时具有良好的动态和稳态运行性能.
