云内4D30TCI柴油机润滑系统机油流量测试

摘要

As we know, the Lubrication and Oil System (LOS) of engines is one of important systems which ensure their operation reliability and life-span. The oil flow rate is one of the most important parameters of the LOS of engines, but it is one of the most difficult flow measurements for measuring the engine oil flow rate, with the flow measurement system installation space required and the harsh conditions. This article a-chieves the oil flow rate measuring of the LOS in 4D30TCI engine of YUNNEI POWER CO. , LTD by designing a connect device between the oil filter and body of engine. The results show that the oil flow rate meets the requirements in 4D30TCI.%润滑系统是发动机的一个重要系统,其工作性能的好坏决定发动机的寿命及工作可靠性.机油流量是发动机润滑系统的重要参数之一,然而,由于机油流量测试系统安装空间和条件的限制,发动机机油流量测量一直是发动机测试的难点.笔者通过设计机油滤清器安装座,完成了对云内4D30TCI柴油机润滑系统机油流量测试,试验结果表明该柴油机机油流量能满足设计要求.
