在田间不同温度36℃、45℃的条件下,研究不同葡萄品种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,高温下各品种F0均有上升,品种差异达到极显著的水平;Fm、Fv/Fm在高温下均有下降,各品种Fm没有显著差异,品种Fv/Fm差异达到极显著的水平。这一结果说明高温胁迫下,叶绿素荧光参数中 F0、Fv/Fm可作为耐高温品种筛选的参数。%Effects of high temperature stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in different varieties were studied. The results showed that the F0 increase with heat stress, and the different varieties had extremely significant diversity;The Fm, Fv/Fm decreased with heat stress, And Fm had no significant diversity;Fv/Fm had significant diversity. The results showed Fm, Fv/Fm could be used as reliable indexes to determine the heat tolerance of grape.
