METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF VINE RESISTANCE TO ABIOTIC STRESS BY METHOD OF CHLOROPHYLL FLUORESCENCE INDUCTION

A method for diagnostics of vine resistance to abiotic stress by the method of chlorophyll fluorescence induction includes a stage of dark adaptation for selected leaves of plants, excitation of chlorophyll fluorescence in those through illumination and comparison of the values of intensity of fluorescence. The leaves are selected from the vine plants cultivated in vitro and brought for 7-8 days to modified nutrient media with different concentrations of stress agents, with determination of critical concentration of those, through comparison of critical concentrations of stress agents for different breeds resistance of those is determined.
