快速检测RTV -2硅橡胶热失重方法探讨

摘要

The effects of heating temperature and heating time on the result of test in TG testing of RTV-2 silicone rubber were studied. Results showed that the ratio of difference of TG data tested by rapid-testing method to that tested by standard testing method was in the range of 0. 30 % ~ 3. 49 %. The rapid-testing method has the potential of being applied in TG of RTV-2 silicone rubber for non-regular inspection.%考察了硅橡胶热失重检测过程中,加热温度和加热时间对测试结果的影响.结果表明,RTV -2硅橡胶直接在90℃鼓风干燥箱内加热24h后测得的质量损失率与采用标准检测方法测得的结果的相对误差为0.30％～3.49％.因此,快速检测法可作为非型式检验时快速测定RTV -2硅橡胶热失重的检测方法.
