以硅树脂为基料,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,低熔点玻璃粉(不合铅)、云母粉为耐热填料,硼化钛为耐磨填料,铬铁黑、石墨为颜料,制成了耐高温防护涂料.将该涂料涂装在大功率摩托车消声器外壁上,经6 000 km道路试车,消声器总成表面涂膜无明显失色、脱落,达到了设计的技术指标.%High temperature protective coatings were prepared with silicone as the matrix materials, fumed silica as the reinforcing filler, low melting point glass powder (without lead) and mica filler as the heat-resistant filler, titanium boride as the wear-resistant filler, nickel iron chromite black, and graphite as the pigment. When these coatings were applied to the muffler outer of the high-power motorcycles, the muffler assembly surface coatings showed no obvious eclipse or peeling-off after a 6,000 km road test ( across China from south to north, east to west with all road conditions and weather) , suggesting the protecting coatings meet the design specifications.
