Propyphenyl silicone resin was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation from phenyltrichlorosi - lane and n-propyltrichlorosilane and characterized by 1 H NMR and FT-IR spectra.The factors for the prepara-tion yields provided a optimal reaction condition at a phenyltrichlorosilane to n-ropyltrichlorosilane molar ratio of 2∶1, a stirring speed of 400 rpm, and a hydrolysis temperatures of 7~10℃, a solvent to water weight ratio of 1.5∶1 for a 2 hour condensation .Propyphenyl silicone resins with different hydroxy contents were obtained by controlling the polycondensation time .%以苯基三氯硅烷和丙基三氯硅烷为原料,通过水解、缩聚反应,得到固体苯基丙基硅树脂。采用1 H NMR和FT-IR光谱对产物进行了表征,重点讨论了影响苯基丙基硅树脂收率的主要因素。确定最佳合成工艺为:苯基三氯硅烷与丙基三氯硅烷的量之比为2∶1、搅拌速度400 r/min、水解温度7~10℃、溶剂与水的质量比1.5∶1,水解反应时间2 h,缩聚反应时间由所需的苯基丙基硅树脂的羟基含量决定。
