RTV -1硅橡胶生产工艺探讨

         

摘要

The oxime-cure one-part room temperature vulcanization ( RTV-1 ) silicone rubber was pre-pared by hydrosilylation of aminosilane and epoxy silane with α,ω-silanol terminated polydimethylsiloxane as the basic gel , methyltris ( methylethylketoximino ) silane and vinyltris ( methylethylketoximino ) silane as the crosslinker , and a nano-CaCO3 and fumed silica as the fillers .The effect of stirring rate and time , adding process of crosslinker , coupling and catalyst on the properties RTV -1 silicone rubber were studied .Results indicate that both the stirring rate and time significantly affected the dispersion of the fillers .The tack free time of RTV-1 silicone rubber was prolonged when the arosslinking agent was mixed for a period of time prior to use, whereas the tack free time of RTV-1 silicone rubber was shorted when the mixture coupling agent and catalyst were mixed for a period of time prior to use .%以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶、甲基三丁酮肟及乙烯基三丁酮肟为交联剂、纳米活性碳酸钙及气相法白炭黑为补强填料、氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷为偶联剂,制得脱酮肟型单组分室温硫化( RTV-1)硅橡胶。研究了搅拌速度、搅拌时间,交联剂及偶联剂与催化剂的添加方式对硅橡胶胶性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌速度和搅拌时间明显影响填料的分散程度,交联剂混合一段时间后再使用会延长RTV-1硅橡胶的表干时间;而偶联剂和催化剂混合一段时间后再使用则会缩短RTV-1硅橡胶的表干时间。
