苯基硅树脂对苯基硅橡胶性能的影响

         

摘要

以不同结构的苯基硅树脂为添加剂制备了3种苯基硅橡胶。研究了苯基硅树脂的种类对苯基硅橡胶耐高温、耐低辐照性能的影响。结果表明,苯基硅树脂的加入对苯基硅橡胶玻璃化转变温度的影响不大,但是能够提高苯基硅橡胶的耐高温、耐辐照性能。其中,以氢基封端苯基硅树脂为添加剂制得的苯基硅橡胶的耐高温性能的提升最为显著,且综合性能优良。%Phenyl silicone rubber was prepared with 3 different structures of phenylsilsesquioxane as the addition agents.Effects of different phenylsilsesquioxanes on the properties of high temperature resistance , low temperature resistance as well as radiation resistance were studied.Results show that the addition of phenyl-silsesquioxane has little effect on Tg of phenyl silicone rubber, but it can improve the properties of high tem-perature resistant and the radiation resistance.Among them, hydrogen-terminated phenylsilsesquioxane has the most significant effect on the high temperature resistance of phenyl silicone rubber, which shows the best com-prehensive properties.
