碱催化六甲基环三硅氧烷制备甲基硅油的工艺研究

         

摘要

The methyl silicone oil was prepared by ring -opening polymerization with hexamethylcyclo-trisiloxane(D3) as the raw materials by basic catalyst.The activation energy of D3 and the effect of polymeri-zation temperature , reaction time and KOH silicon alkoxide amount on the quality of the product and the corre-sponding relationship between the capping agent amount and viscosity of products were discussed .Experiments showed that activation energy of D 3 was less than that of D 4 .Through Controling the amount of the capping a-gent, using 30 ppm of KOH silicon alkoxide reacted for 2 hours at polymerization temperature of 90℃, the methyl silicone oil of controllable viscosity was catalyzed synthesis , and the yield reached 96%.%以六甲基环三硅氧烷为原料、低黏度甲基硅油为封端剂,采用碱催化开环聚合法制得甲基硅油。讨论了六甲基环三硅氧烷的活性,考察了聚合温度、反应时间及KOH硅醇盐用量对产品质量的影响和封端剂用量与产品黏度的对应关系。结果表明:六甲基环三硅氧烷的活化能小于八甲基环四硅氧烷;控制封端剂用量,当KOH硅醇盐用量为30×10-6时,可在聚合温度90℃下反应2 h合成黏度可控的甲基硅油,产率达96%。
