碱催化制备低黏度甲基硅油和乙烯基硅油

         

摘要

Low viscosity methyl silicone oil and vinyl silicone oil were prepared with dimethyl cyclics (DMC) and hexamethyldisiloxane and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-divinyl disiloxane as the capping agent with basic catalyst by high temperature devolatilization .The effect of the amount of hexamethyldisiloxane and the capping agent 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-divinyl disiloxane on the viscosity of methyl silicone oil as well as the effect of reaction time on the conversion , content of divinyltetramethyldisiloxane on the property of vinyl sili-cone oil was investigated .The effect of hexamethyldisiloxane on the viscosity of methyl silicone oil , the reac-tion time on the conversion , and the property of vinyl silicone oil was also investigated .Results show that in-troducing base-catalyst into polymerization reaction shortens the reaction time and reduces the amount of vola-tile.The viscosity of the product can be adjusted with different amount of MM .The conversion of silicone oil is above 90%at a reaction time of 3 hours.In the process of vinyl silicone oil , the mass ratio of vinyl in vinyl silicone oil can be adjusted by the vinyl in 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-divinyl disiloxane .%以二甲基环硅氧烷混合物为原料、六甲基二硅氧烷和1,1,3,3-四甲基-1,3-二乙烯基硅氧烷为封端剂,经碱胶催化聚合制得低黏度二甲基硅油和乙烯基硅油,考查了六甲基二硅氧烷( MM)用量对甲基硅油黏度的影响,反应时间对转化率的影响,乙烯基双封头用量对乙烯基硅油性能的影响。结果表明:使用碱催化聚合反应,聚合周期短、挥发分低,通过调节MM的加入量易对甲基硅油的黏度进行控制,制备甲基硅油时最优聚合反应为3 h时,硅油转化率为90%以上;制备乙烯基硅油时,通过调节1,1,3,3-四甲基-1,3-二乙烯基硅氧烷的用量可以调节乙烯基硅油中的乙烯基摩尔分数。
