食品级高效有机硅消泡剂的制备

             

摘要

High efficient silicone defoamer for food was prepared by dimethyl silicone oil , hydrophobic fumed silica as the main materials , and Span 60 , Tween 60 , Span 20 as the emulsifier .The amount of the main materials and the value of HLB were discussed .The optimal conditions were identified that silicon paste amount 17%( viscosity of 500 mPa· s amount 16%, hydrophobic fumed silica amount 1%) , compounds e-mulsifier of Span 60, Tween 60, Span 20 amount 6%, with the value of HLB 8, carboxymethyl cellulose sodi-um amount 1%.The defoamer has good stability , dispersion and defoaming performance .It is expected to gradually replace polyether defoamer in the food industry .%以复配二甲基硅油、 二氧化硅为主要原料,添加复配乳化剂制备了高效稳定的食品级乳液型有机硅消泡剂,研究了复配硅油质量比、 黏度及用量,二氧化硅种类及用量,复配乳化剂HLB值及用量对消泡剂的消泡性能、 水分散性和乳液稳定性的影响.结果表明:较佳配方为,黏度1000与500 mPa·s的二甲基硅油按质量比5:3复配,硅膏用量17%(二甲基硅油用量16%、 疏水型气相法二氧化硅用量1%),Span 60、Tween 60和Span 20复配的HLB值为8的乳化剂用量6%,此配方制得的有机硅消泡剂消泡性能优良且水分散性、 乳液稳定性好,有望在食品行业逐步取代聚醚消泡剂.
