1,3-bis(3-hydroxy ethyoxyl propyl ) tetramethyldisiloxane was prepared by hydrosilylation from tetramethyl siloxane and 2-allyloxyethanol .FT-IR and H NMR shows that Si—H occurs addition reaction with C C, hydroxypropyl can be grafted on tetramethyl disiloxane .Results show that the amount of catalyst Pt is 5 ×10 -6 , 80℃for 8 h, and the ratio of M H M H and YRC is 1:1.2, thus the yield of activated hydrogen is 98 .9%.%以乙二醇单烯丙基醚(YRC)和含氢双封头(MHMH)为原料,通过硅氢加成制得羟乙氧基丙基有机硅双封头,并采用FT-IR与1 H NMR表征了产物结构.结果表明,产物为羟乙氧基丙基有机硅双封头.较佳合成工艺为铂催化剂用量5×10-6,80℃反应8 h,n(MHMH):n(YRC)=1:1.2,此条件下活性氢转化率可达98.9%.
