The effects of the nano zirconia/titanium dioxide on the optical properties of Si-O-Zr hybrid resin were studied.The thermal stability and surface appearance of the hybrid resin were investigated.Results show that the light transmittance of the hybrid resin is about 90% after adding the ZrO2 colloid,while the transmittance of the resin dropped sharply in 300 ~ 400nm after adding TiO2 colloid.The refractive index of TiO2-ZrO2 colloid is 1.5885,reaching the highest;meanwhile the addition of ZrO2/TiO2 colloid has little effect on the refractive index of the product,about 1.5800.The thermal stability of the hybrid resin is better,but nanoparticles reduces the thermal stability of the resin.The roughness of the surface film of the hybrid resin decreases with the addition of inorganic nanoparticles.%研究了纳米ZrO2/TiO2对锆杂化二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(Si-O-Zr杂化树脂)光学性能的影响,分析了杂化树脂的热稳定性和表面形貌.结果表明,加入ZrO2胶体后杂化树脂透光率较高,均在90%左右:而加入TiO2胶体后,树脂在300~400 nm区间透光率下降非常明显;添加TiO2-ZrO2混合胶体的杂化树脂固化后的折射率最高,达到1.5885;而添加ZrO2胶体和TiO2胶体对产物折射率影响不大,折射率均在1.5800左右;杂化树脂的热稳定性较好,但添加纳米粒子会使树脂的热稳定性降低;加入无机纳米粒子后杂化树脂膜的表面粗糙程度降低.
